Two restaurants, two chefs and one exciting dinner. For one night only, chef Miller Mai of DING DONG and Fabrice Mergalet of BOCHINCHE come together and present a 4hands dinner at Amoy Street.

On Thursday 17 October, diners get to enjoy sundown drinks and an interesting mix of contemporary Southeast Asian snacks and a ruckus of Argentinean fare, at $100++ per person.

Starting at Ding Dong ( 7pm)

BOCHINCHE
The following to Bochinche (8pm)

1x Main Course:
Crab & spinach raviolis, mussels emulsion & sage butter

1x Dessert:
Fresh green plums, milk ice cream, chilli meringue & flowers

1x Glass of Wine:
